Giovanni La Terra Bellina, better known as John, is a native Rhode Islander who loves the Ocean State, and is committed to helping both longtime residents and new friends realize their goal of home ownership. Whether helping people find a “starter house,” a temporary rental, or a long awaited dream home, John believes that every person can find a home that is a perfect fit. After starting his own real estate firm in 2008 to fill a need he saw in the local realty market, John joined forces with his respected colleague, Christina Paesano-Gliottone in 2009 to form Adventure Realty, Inc. John holds undergraduate degrees in both Mathematics and Economics from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. He has been an active and upstanding member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars for over 20 years. John continues to practice corporate law, and makes his home with his wife and three children in Johnston, Rhode Island.
